ROGUE® is an open, flexible, modular test platform that enables users to pick and choose the functionality they need. By unbundling software and hardware, the ROGUE platform allows you to invest only in the application-specific tests you really need. Each clean-slate ROGUE test module uses state-of-the-art technology to produce the most accurate results in the shortest amount of time. By pairing ROGUE modules with apps running on a smart device, you can create the test capability that a technician requires for a specific job. AFL’s Patent Pending architecture enables technicians to control their test hardware directly from any Android, IOS, or Windows smart device.
RG-2100 ROGUE® OTDR Modules (see separate listing)

ROGUE® OTDR modules are part of the ROGUE modular test platform and may be used with either the ROGUE Carrier or iB1 Base platform. Quad (850/1300 nm multimode + 1310/1550 nm single-mode) and Dual Single-mode (1310/1550 nm) modules are available. ROGUE OTDR modules are supported by aeRos Workflow Management software and an Android LinkMap® OTDR App

ROGUE® iB1 Intelligent Base

The ROGUE® iB1 intelligent base is the latest addition to the ROGUE modular family of test equipment.

ROGUE® cB1 Compact Base

The ROGUE® cB1 is one of the basic building blocks of the ROGUE modular test platform. Pair the cB1 with different hardware modules and smart device apps to create the test capability required for a specific job.

ROGUE® OLTS/Certification Module

The ROGUE® OLTS/Certification Module is part of the ROGUE modular test platform and when paired with the ROGUE carrier provides the hardware capabilities of a complete optical loss test set.

ROGUE® OLTS/Certification App

By pairing ROGUE® modules with smart device apps, AFL’s patent pending architecture enables users to control their test hardware directly from any Android, iOS, or Windows smart device.

ROGUE® LinkMap® OTDR App

AFL’s LinkMap® OTDR App runs on Android mobile devices and AFL’s ROGUE® iB1 base unit to configure and control ROGUE RG-2100 OTDR modules, access and display OTDR results, and automatically transfer results to the aeRos cloud for archiving and reporting.

Multi-Fiber Switch

The density of today’s networks are driving more demand for multi-fiber connectivity creating challenges in efficiently testing these types of connections. AFL’s Multi-fiber switch answers this challenge by enabling the testing of 12 fiber MPO connected cables without the need to use a breakout cable, saving time and money.
